The engine is located directly above the axle. This ensures ideal weight distribution, a low centre of gravity and maximum stability – even on steep terrain. The compact design keeps the machine agile and easy to manoeuvre.
The hydraulic axle shift of 300 mm allows for precise adjustment of weight distribution. Depending on the attachment, the machine can be perfectly balanced – for safe and fatigue-free working on any terrain.
The motor and device drive are aligned. Power is transmitted directly, without any deflections downwards or to the side. This reduces power losses and increases efficiency.
The mechanical drive transmits power directly to the attachment without losing energy in the form of heat – unlike hydraulic systems.
Aebi combines active and electric steering in one machine. The active steering reacts directly to movements of the steering wheel, while the electric steering (trim) enables precise control even on very steep slopes. In combination with the new footboard, the operator can stand directly on the machine and steer while working.
